Backdoor Client Man Help

I started off by suddenly getting about 7 different Trojens got rid of them with Otbit 360 but Trojen Client kept coming back after about 10 scans got rid of it but now.This thing has appeard its called Backdoor Client man.

 

It seems to have taken on a new identity from the Trojen Client to this. What can I do please help me I am desparate.
