SD changing language automatically

This is a recurring problem with my SD. The program seems to change languages by itself, to "Bahasa Indonesia". Using icons I can figure out where to go for settings, but in the languages drop-down menu, English is not even an option anymore.

 

This problem goes away when I download and re-install, where English appears to be the default and the language menu has a lot more options, but then it happens again without any action on my part. English disappears as an option in languages, there are only 15 to choose from. From Bahasa Indonesia to Vietnamese.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there something I should/could be doing differently?

This is the first time I hear such a glitch!!!

 

Can you check if the language files are in the below folder please.

 

C:\Program Files\IObit\IObit Security 360\language

 

Did you try a clean uninstall and clean re-install which is explained in USAGE of IOBIT PRODUCTS thread?
