cache problems

I try to download the game booster update and i keep getting the error of cannot create cache file. go to support@speedbit.com. I go to the link and get stuck on stupid. Anybody know what I am to do?

Just uninstall your old version and download and install the new version

If restarting your PC does not correct it, cancel download with DAP and use the MS original downloader.Try to use another download accelerator such as Getright, and make it default downloader. After you download what you want to download, you can uninstall it and use DAP again.
