Can't stop from going to tray

This has been an issue for me for the last several versions and it is really annoying.

 

I have all options set to kill program when I am finished running it. These days it ignores me and goes to the tray and keeps running anyway. I've unchecked and rechecked, uninstalled and reinstalled and updated. Nothing makes it let go of this default behavior.

 

It didn't use to do this. Any thoughts? XP on an old Dell laptop, never an issue in the past. Otherwise, great program.

Hi bem,

 

Have you tried a clean install? ( concept described in Usage of IObit Products )

 

After a clean install, please uncheck the option of Minimize to system tray when program is closed, and make sure to click the Apply and OK buttons.

Uninstalled, cleaned system to a fair-the-well. Installed latest version, changed options. Closed to tray anyway...
