Help!!! Heap of errors at start...

Has installed the program, at start gives out here such heap of errors. Full removal and reinstallation does not give what changes...

Does your user name have Administrator rights? Otherwise ASC will not run.

Most likely problems with Windows Has reinstalled, all seems works...
