How to get rid of questionmarket.com surveys

I have been trying for weeks to get rid of the relentless popup surveys from questionmarket.com, amch, safecount, etc. I can't access my e-mails because they have hijacked my system and popup every 60 seconds or so. I have downloaded and tried several malware programs, including Iobit Security 360 free version. None have stopped of gotten rid of this problem. I will gladly pay for a removal program if it works, but so far they don't help, so no point in paying for the program yet. Any advice?
