5+ hour run of smart defrag, then report crash!

Hi all!

New to this forum, but have used smart defrag version 3.1 beta beta for a while, now 4.02 beta.

This was a clean install on a reinstalled xpsp2, 1st run.

It took over 5 hours and when it finally finished, I went to look at the report, and it crashed!

So then, I started to fill out the crash report and it totally vanished from site!

 

What the heck happened?

The 1st version that I had tried the 3.1 beta was fast as lightening, clean and had lots of options,

where this version looks and feels like it has gone back to the dark ages!

I am VERY disappointed!

OH ... before I forget, where are the logs and reports kept please?

 

Where can I get another copy of the 3.1 beta please?

UPDATE:

I found a copy of 3.1 Beta.

Ran ALL of my HDD, all 800Gigs in 1 1/2 hours or less!
