services disabled after turbo boost

hi

I'm finding some services are disabled after running turbo boost and game boost & then turning them off

I have a netbook - this feature is fantastic as it gives me enough power to run my dictation program. i have an acer aspire one - i use a pre paid broadband usb when in hostpital and its wirreless connection to my main machine that landline connected to broadband. both systems are XP.

I have found several services disabled:

does anyone have any ideas?
