System Information Data Display

The System Information Data Display never completes hunting for system info.

The window displays "Collecting information of your system, please wait a while". The there is a clock icon that is turning but never completes and displays my system info. I am running Windows XP Home Edition (32bit) with Servive Pack 3 installed. Perhaps this is a known problem. I searched the thread and didn't find anything similar.

2) Please try the following steps to see if your problem could be solved:

*Delete your toolbox and related folders.

*Download the latest version.
