How to prevent deletion

Hi. I am using IOBit Security 360 Pro version 1.50. I also am using Firefox as my browser. If you know of Firefox then you know when you download a program for installationl, that program uses the Download box under Tools. When I get a few downloads listed and use IOBit under PC Security Analysis/Check it deletes all my download listings. Is there a way to tell IOBit to not delete them???

 

Also for the past 2 days when I go to close IOBit it tells me the program is Not Responding and I have to use CTRL, ALT, DEL to close it. Should I do a clean re-install of the program??

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really like this program...

while iobit sec360 is open, click the tools button and privacy sweeper and uncheck download history under firefox

Thanks. Did as you said but will have to wait until I download something to see how it works. Never would have figured it out either. So thanks.
