Favorites links restored after registry clean

After running CARE! (and sometimes after running Maintain Windows), the default links are restored to both the Favorites Bar and Favorites Folder (i.e., MSN, Suggested Sites, etc.).

 

I have added any "Web Slice" entries to the ignore list, and don't see any more of these appearing on the Reg Fix report list. Does anyone know of other Reg entries I should be ignoring?
