AWC 2 Pro's tray icon freezes on my Windows Vista system. It's there in the tray, but when I click (or right-click) on it, it's frozen and nothing happens. The program is running, because it runs the scheduled scans and updates...but I have to find it in Programs and click on its .exe file to open it since the tray icon doesn't work. I tried asking this through email on Iobit's AWC2 tech help site, but that doesn't work either.:-( Does anyone have any ideas on fix this? Thank you for any help.
