ASC and Smart Defrag HELP on Startup

I recently installed ASC and Smart defrag (both free). Installed well. Ticked the autostart (both). No Problems, except that after I restarted my laptop, both did not autostart. Tried installing-uninstalling several times, still it does not start automatically. Please Help.
