I need software that will help make my vista be clean and tweaked, i also need internet connection tweak.

You are using one of the best free softwares about cleaning and tweaking Vista if you are already using AWC Personal.

 

You can try this one or this one too.

 

According to "BROADBAND", Vista TCP tuning (tweaking) is NOT advisable. The Vista TCP stack does a reasonable job of tuning the receive window dynamically, there are no known registry tweaks that would optimize Vista better than its default configuration.

 

Here is one thing you can try to see if it betters your P2P connection in Vista.

 

TCP IP Limit AutoPatch removes the limitation of your half-open (incomplete/syn packets) connection attempts per second that the system can make.

you can try the programs below. and yes, at least download glary utilities, it pwns. they seem to detect different stuff so i use all of it,
