Hi,

I've just installed IOBIT Defrag for the third time over the last twelve hours and each time I have the same problem. The program starts OK and gives the correct display, but when I click on either Analyze or Defrag, the process begins but always stops at 81 percent. I left it running for two hours yesterday but the progress bar did not move. Can anyone offer any advice please?

 

I'm running a Pentium 4 @ 2.6GHz, 1GByte RAM, stacks of disk space. Operating system is XP SP2 fully updated and patched. AVG virus protection and ZoneAlarm firewall.
