why files/folder keep getting removed?

after locking a folder/file and then unlocking it the item is getting removed from the list and you have to add it manually again.

i think what this should be doing is that unlocking an item temporarily so you access the files and then unlock/exit again.

i dont understand what you mean.

when a file/folder is locked you cant open them you get an acces denied error unless you unlock them first.
