3 emails 4weeks later still havent heard from iobit support

I heard back from iobit support once around 4 weeks ago on my issue, and they said that they were elevating the issue and they would look into it.

Ive contacted them 2 more times after, asking for some kind of response but Ive heard nothing.

Ive even been checking my spam folder as well.

 

Does iobit not have a way to track your support inquiries idk, like every other site has?

 

This so far ranks number one as the worst support Ive ever had form a company to date...

 

O wait, nm AZZA ranked number one (dont buy cases from them), so iobits number 2 lol....congragulations!
