I pointed this out in my "Immediate Suggestions" thread on all things for 1.5, but thought I'd give it it's own post because of a new finding and it's more of a bug than the other things.

 

I can open settings and it has things checked in windows integration. I can close settings and open them again and nothing is checked. "Fix Shortcut" is always ticked though. I've cleared them all many times. None show in the context menu though, it seems just a UI bug or messed up config or registry read.
