How do I stop Defrag from running?

I use a program called Rollback RX. Once this program is installed, you cannot defrag your HDD. If you do, your drive can become damaged.

I didn't see an option to turn off defrag so it will never run. Am I missing something?

You just uncheck it in deep care and it stays persistent through restart etc. Same with any other scan option. It rightfully doesn't do it in automated care. There are probably more things than defrag that cause your backup software to break the disc image.
