Windows Explorer refresh

I have to refresh an explorer window when a file, like in my pictures folder, is deleted in win7 x64. It still shows after successful deletion. I can't see a tool-box control setting or log action for this. It goes away after manual refresh. I haven't had time to dig on the issue, but explorer folder options and iobit stuff doesn't show anything obvious. It happens every time too, not random.

 

Also search only seems to work in root, program files and probably others, but not in my pictures, my music, and my documents, probably others too. I researched, and indexing state doesn't affect this except for content searching by default, so I'm not sure what it is.

 

iobit icon on win7 x64 also goes to the window white one.
