Where did my Post go???

I have entered a valid post. I am really frustrated with what is happening with this purchase I've made from this company. I was thrilled with the free product I first downloaded. Something is wrong with a company when you buy a digital product and you don't receive download instructions immediately.

I would very much like an answer. And, I would sure like to know where my previous post went.
