I can't see my desktop computer

I've been experimenting with this program now for some time. But, for some time now, each time I install and execute the program (sweep) I seems to be loosing the ability to reach that computer using RDP...


So far I've been unable to repair RDP ability and all I could do was system recovery and/or reinstalling the test computer itself. This occured every single time...


Is this a known bug, can this be resolved and if so, what do I need to do for that? I was planning on buying a license but to be honest, until this issue ain't resolved, I cannot do that (seems logical to me though)...


Hoping somebody has found a cure for this...

I am having a similar problem with IOBit Security 360 Pro. When I let it autoload on startup of the laptop, I can't see my desktop computer. If I disable it so that it doesn't automatically load, I can see the desktop. I connect the laptop (running Vista Home Premium) wirelessly to my desktop (running XP) which is connected directly to my wireless router.


I've been running the free version of ASC and Security 360 for several years and upgraded to the paid versions a few months ago on the laptop. This is the first time I've run into this problem. It's very disappointing, especially since I've recommended the free versions to several friends and clients.


When will this be fixed?
