Security Analyzer Help!

On the last step of the process it gave me a list of things that may or may not be viruses or something and to check what I want to remove. I wanted this software to find things for me, otherwise what's the point? How do I know what on this list is virus or not? :( Help!

Although it can find some things that are harmful to your computer, the endless task of listing all the processors is a HUGE task. So IObit has given you a tip (Hence the lightbulb) because IObit has yet to write a program to do this harendous task.

 

Hijackthis is a program seperate from IObit that produces 'logs' about what is running on your computer. You can then upload that 'log' to a analyzer site and get it checked there. HijackThis has it's own analyzer site Hijackthis and that'll let you know whats safe or not.
