New Software Request: Start Menu Manager

I just got through using the FreeApp installer and now my start menus are a mess.

 

It would be great if there was a Start Menu Manager software that would allow me to make changes to the menus while updating the pointers in the registery. I would like to delete all the junk shortcut and group the remaining shortcut into more meaningful folders.

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum - but didn't mean 'startup' manager, I meant 'start menu' Manager - thanks 8-)
