If you mean with GameBox? Just create a desktop shorcut and drag it to GameBox.

You don't need a shortcut though. Just run Gamebooster 2 then run your game.

 

Added: If you are referring to a browser game, not sure.

I would guess as I mentioned above, run GB2 then the game.
