i am a novice so you will have to bear with me for a while.

Ref: advanced window care personal 2.7.1

1.what precaution like disabling antivirus, firewall etc should be taken while

a)update to the latest version and the latest database file.

b)downloading and installing.

request to all knowledgeables to please clearify the above.
