Ran a scan and now internet home page is not showing up correctly.

I ran the newest version of quick scan which said I had over 89000 Privacy Sweep Issues. After letting the program correct the issues, I have the problem with my homepage not opening. The home page is the standard Toshiba home page that came with the system. Any help would be great. I know I could revert to before the scan, but I would prefer to just fix this if possible.
