cannot install AWC v2 Pro?

I upgraded to AWC v2 Pro and followed the link on my e-mail ..but I am having fierce problem to download it

-first I used a free download manager and once I open the program I got only the black box of command prompt on the screen nothing else

-so i desabled it and try once more but now it is hanging at 1.94MB of 6.93MB....for the las 15mn....( I use broadband ..) so I haven't a clue of what is going on

Has any body any ideas???
