Toolbox UI: Grid vs list

IMOH: One unfortuate downside to jumping to ACS 4.0.0 was the change to the toolbox icons (from a grid control to a scrolling listbox). Since there are SO MANY TOOLS (good thing), the grid view was easier to scan quickly to see which tool I wanted or if I was even in the right area.

 

Is there any way to either a) enlarge the tool box window, thus the list box area, 2) select a 'small icon' format so more will fit, or c) have an optional grid option.

 

I did not see a place to change this in the options area. Im I missing an option somewhere? Any thoughts?

 

Also: While the Recently Used tab is nice, a My Tool Kit would nicer. There I could store the tools I use often.
