Cannot Defrag SPMSG.DLL

ISD is stuck on this file (SPMSG.DLL), it also happens to be the first file it tries to defrag, so I don't really know if the program is stuck or if it is having a hard time with this file. There is no real display of what is happening, so I can only guess that for some reason it cannot handle this file.

Is there a way to circumvent this? I know you can't do exlusions yet, but I am kinda stuck.....
