False Positive? Ad-aware file? Resources.dll

Upgraded to definition set 1048, now I'm getting Trojan.Dropper in D:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware\Resources.dll.26294.aawbak. Luckily, the other 13 false positives I had with definition version 1047 have disappeared! I've scanned this file with Malwarebytes Anti-malware, Spybot, Iolo System Shield,Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool, and SUPERAntiSpyware and none recognize an infection. Another False Positive for IMF?
