How to handle diskmanager and disk explorer in AWC V2 Personal

My disk explorer shows me plenty of " Rubbish files" in many partitions of both my primary hard disk and the accessory one which I use for back up and storage. What do I do with them. Can they be shredded, deleted or handled in a particular manner. There is no information and clicking on the help tab only brings one to the Iobit home page.

Does anyone out there have any suggestions. My email is also available if required and is in my profile.

I would be careful deleting all the rubbish files, but if you are sure, you will gain valuable spece in your disk.
