Activate renewal license?

Just renewed my license, but old expiry date of 5-30-08 still showing. Will I not be able to re-activate until old expires? If no, how do I activate the new and will there be a carry over of the 4 days to the new? Although we have heard from them that they are all OK, I believe their Network and communication with customer database are still crippled.

Maybe true, but this wasn't a NEW purchase, just a renewal. Didn't prevent them from taking the fee.
