Script Toolbox Tools

Is there anyway to script any of the tools to run with options automatically either with a batch script or otherwise simple script. I work on multiple computers everyday and would like to otherwise automate many of the tools I utilize everyday. I already load the tools I want with a batch file but I would rather the programs once open to do something rather than have me go to each one and start them.
