Yes, normal at the time of scanning "Registry Fix" and "System Optimization".

 

It is even little bit higher when scanning "Startup Manage" with CPU 80-95 %.

 

If in your case "00" is CPU, then it shouldn't be at that level for a long time.

Idle Mem Usage for AWC should be less than 1 MB.
