It is not an icon, but it was the image (http://i52.tinypic.com/2prci13.jpg) in your clipboard cache of the jpg in the other post of yours http://forums.iobit.com/showthread.php?p=66208#post66208 in Optical Illusion thread .

 

The search result is a False Positive by IMF which is described in Is this false positive? BrowserEmulation > TLDUpdates REG_DWORD value=>1 [Will be SOLVED by db 1055] thread and no relation to the icons or image.
