ASW Personal Restore

Did not want bother to ask about a free download, but after reading all posts regarding no back up files in restore center and unistalling & downloading program 3 times, I still can't get any backups. I give up. Please advise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Uninstall, download, reinstall as described in this thread by solbjerg.

Thanks for your speedy reply,but, as i said I tried all those before and still no luck. Really like the program but wish I could get it to work. Again any help would be greatly appreciated.
