formated PC license new isn't working

Hi, I reformated my PC about a month ago and having trouble trying to get the license to work on MF, I have used the lost license feature on this site and got GB3 and ASC 4.1 to activate but MF is being very stubborn, any ideas?

Forgot to mention that i believe i purchased the package deal around July 27th 2011 give or take a day :P
