ASC5 is working INTERMITTENTLY. When I upgraded from ASC4-Pro to ASC5-Pro, it downloaded properly but would not scan my computer, even though everything appeared okay and the license code was valid. After a day of scratching my head about it, I RE-ENTERED my license code, then everything ran perfectly. But later, when I attempted another scan, it would not scan my computer (the dialog string at the bottom ~"inititializing database" does not appear). Nothing I tried fixed the problem. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, and do you know of a fix? Help! -Matt
