i am no puter geek when i run security hyjacked settings it list lots of things how do i know which ones to check

Since you posted in AWC official version 2 section, I assume you are using Advanced WindowsCare 2.81 Personal or/and Professional.

 

There is no security hyjacked settings, but "Security Defence" and Show details... .

 

When you click on Show details... , "Spyware Defence Analysis" window will be opened.

 

On the left pane, there are: "Infection defence", "Website Defence" and "Cookie Defence" links.

Select each one, and click to "Select All" button, then "Apply" button consecutively.

 

At the end of tis operation, at the top of each section you will see that all items are protected.

 

Click "OK" button, and thats all for being immunized to all threads described there.

security hijacked settings mean if any settings were abruptly changed by spyware or viruses (do viruses do that? 0_o). then you can restore those setting to the original. note that any personal preferences may also be changed (never used it, im assuming here). leave the section unchecked if you want to keep your current settings. thats of course, if your using AWC 3 even though this is AWC 2 forum.
