IObit Advance System care PRO problem

Ok so i upgraded to pro about two months to three months ago and it says i need to upgrade again when it was supposed to last a year. I also upgraded Malware fighter to pro as well and im not having this problem with it. Dose anyone know why?

 

EDIT: Never mind! i retrieved my license information and used my key to re-upgrade. That's a good feature, though i was going to have to buy it again.
