GB v3.1 Stalls

Lately GB has been hanging/stalling towards the end of its initial boosting of my game Star Trek Online. The progress bar stops at about the 90% mark and just stays there. I let it just chill for an hour and still nothing. Eventually have to end task GB because it is unresponsive. Not entirely frozen as icon mouse over animation still shows, and minimize and maximize work, but I can not navigate to any other part. After I end task it I restart it and it comes up as my system is boosted so I just go back and try to start my game from the GameBox once again. It works fine from that point.

 

Tried for other games and I get the same result.

 

By lately I mean it hasn't always done this, was fine after I had installed it.

 

Going to reinstall GB v3.1 to see if that clears up the problem.

Re-installation did not clear things up, problem persists.
