Users updating MBAM

If you are having issues when updating to latest version of MBAM 1.60.0.1800, please have a look @ Malwarebytes Update = Severe XP issues thread in their forum.

 

Although most probably false positive, but please note that the concerned mbam-clean.exe file to clean MBAM software in that thread is flagged by 3 security sofrwares as virus included in VirusTotal analysis.

using that update on w7 starter and xp media edition and no problems. all scans have been trouble free with nothing found
