Being a Newbie, does my report look ok?

I'm running Win XP SP 3, with Norton Internet Security, IObit Malware Free, Advandced SystemCare all seem to keep me out of trouble except that I notice the same errors coming up all the time! Do I have to disable Norton for any changes to take effect in the other two programs?:!:
