Here is just my quick suggestion for your great product

 

While defraging, how about having some stats showing (like time remaining) when hovering your cursor over the tray icon

 

atm it just says 'Smart Defrag Beta <<version no.>>'

For the time remaining, the devs are still working onto this one(can not figure out how to make an approximation of time needed to do the defragging according to the size of the HD and its contents of data stored onto it).

As for the completion % of the currently defragging HD, just minimize to running apps. tray at the immediate right of the Start Logo of Windows Vista, then hover the mouse cursor onto it. I should show you the progress rate of the defragging status.
