Performed "Repair Install" due to Windows 7 problems

I have Protected Folder 1.1 (Key: code deleted)

Due to a Major mess-up with MS Windows 7 x64, I had to perform a "Repair Install". All files are back to normal so I added SP1 to the mix, as well.

Now, Protected Folder is empty. It still remembers my Password and it has my Key/License number remembered. But, the file is now empty, inside! Oh! And it still can take and keep new files, now. But, the old files are missing!!!!

Help me find and retrieve them. I still have the two "old" files that Windows keeps: $INPLACE.~TR and $WINDOWS.~Q.

Any help would be appreciated.
