Gamebooster tweaking stuck

I clicked on the Tools option and Tweak. There was a list of 6 different things recommended so I ran the tweaks and it has been applying them for over 45 minutes now. Is this how long it is supposed to take? I just installed the Gamebooster 3.3 version and ran tweaks for the first time and this is what happened. All I can do is minimize it, not restore or exit. Is this a normal amount of time for this or is something hung up somewhere? Any help would be really appreciated.

This is not normal.

Maybe GB3 froze while trying to turn off a service or process.

You may have to Ctrl/Alt/Del to stop GB3.

Then rerun it un-checking what you think may have caused the freeze.

That my opinion anyway.
