Card reader no longer detected

After running IObit Pro, my CAC card reader is no longer detected. I have verified that the reader is listed in the device manager and the drivers are up to date.

 

I have also ensured the smart card services is running.

Explain a little further .....

Which tools you've been using before problem encountered

Do you have latest version of ASC 5 ? ( 5.1.0.196 ) ?

Try to use rescue function in ASC ( Go to ASC ->Rescue )

If that didn't solved the problem Try using system restore

Start->All programs->Accessories->System tools->System Restore

and restore your computer if necessary
