The memory could not be read

On booting up I get a 'KDXHostWindow:KHost.exe -Application Error'.

It says "The instruction at 0x00408be4 referenced memory at 0x00000080.

The memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

 

I have run Advanced System Care 5 but 'the healer doth not heal itself'.

 

Can you tell me please what is my best route to clear the problem, your input will be much appreciated.

My search reveals that KHost.exe is related to Kontiki Delivery Manager and not to ASC at all.
