I have Prime95 running on my computer constantly so my CPU usage rarely goes below 100%. Will auto defrag activate despite this?

I would forget about defragmentation if I were constantly using Prime95.

You can give it a try when you deside to give it a break to breathe, :smile: or use the slide bar at the max. right for 100% CPU usage.
